I selected that bullet optioin, but it still doesn’t stretch the edges.

I spent the better part of last night trying to find this solve. Anyone know where to find this?
Why are these marked as private. I think I may have the same issue. The Responsive design on my iphone is stretching the product images sooooo tall.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this?
