It appears only after I’ve searched option “Page Layout” (2.png).

Globally option should be enought.
I suppose that you mean: Theme Options/General Options/Page Layout

But I can not see “Page Layout” under “General Options”.

Another question:
How can I change categories page (http://d.websupport.sk/www.trapez.sk/blog/recenzie) to has same template as blog page (http://d.websupport.sk/www.trapez.sk/blog) ?
I would like to have same page layout (ie. masonry or minimal with same sidebar) for category page and also for blog page.

I can not find Posts => Post Template.
I have only Posts => (All posts, New post, Categories, Tags).

Could you please provide me better guidance.

Yes,
to single post, but also in categories page (screenshot).

Same as NavXT do when:
check “blog breadcrumb” under settings/NavXT breadcrumb is checked and post page under settings/reading is set.
