    Hi Rui,

I was wondering that since there where some updates if the issue I was struggling with is solved. There is also some other strange behavior going on. On the home page, on mobile, my products are not filling the page. They are half sized and still I don’t seem to be able to get a product slider to work together with a recent posts element. Therefore you can check the http://www.violamilano.com/test page.

    Your help is highly appreciated.

    Regards,

    Maarten

    Hi Mohammad,

I did not update the fontawesome. I updated to 3.01 and then it did what it did with the result shown in the screenshot.

    Hi Rui,

Thank you for the help. Ideally I would want to have 4 times 1/4 product carousels. Each showing a different product category. (for example: ties,braces,pocket-squares,bracelets). In that way clients can move through each product carousel and browse through the products directly on the home page.

With the technical situation as it is now this seems not possible because of interference of the recent posts division with what it is combined on the homepage.

Maybe you already understood me before, but just to point out what to me and my client seems best.

Thanking you in advance an looking forward to the update,

    Regards,

    Maarten

    Hi Rui,

That is correct, but please have a look at the below give URL. The Home page is now set with a product carousel which does not have the carousel functionality. The below given URL does(the first 1/4 carousel that is)

    http://www.violamilano.com/test/

and this is not good I believe,

THank you for the Find and replace tables tool. I just used it!

    Dear Staff,

I just discovered, that when I combine a ‘product’ carousel and ‘recent posts’ from the swift page builder menu and add them to the home page the ‘product’ carousel goes bananas.

The problem does not occur when I put the product carousel not to carousel functionality. Although I would want this off course.

Can you please have look what seems to be the issue here?

    Regards,

    Maarten

    Hi Rui,

This happens only on the home page strangly enough. I’ve set up a test page. here:

    http://www.violamilano.com/test/

Here you can see it’s functioning fine. There something in the Home that is conflicting.

    Regards,

    Maarten

    Hi Kyle,

That is correct, because when I add the carousel it creates enormous white space there.
And to the customers this looks weird and doubtful.

You are free to add it and see what is causing it,

    Thanks for your help!!!

    Dear All,

Just found the solution to my problem. As it turns out the solution of Brooke was sufficient. The thing that was not, was the webfont converter I used. It made wrong conversions of the fonts. Font Squirrel turned out to be my hero. It converted the font as it should have done in the first place.

Thanks for the help and time to Brooke and Ed,

    Regards,

    Maarten

    Dear both,

Still no luck with the solution offered by Brooke. Strangely enough all was well since the last update. @ed if my font links are returning 404s what does that indicate? As I do not see what is wrong about the links. They direct to the webfonts.

Please help me out on the matter which should be a simple task, but is taking up at least three days already.

    Regards,

    Maarten
