Ok, so now we have the opposite problem. White on the homepage is good, but now when I scroll and the logo color changes, the white is not recognizable. I would like it to change to the teal color alongside instep with the logo.

For those wondering what the issue was in the future, there was a change that needed to be made to my wp-config. I gave admins my FTP credentials and they were able to perform the change after I was unable to make the changes myself. Thanks to Swift for being Swift.
