I think it’s the plugin called “Use Any Font”. The plugin has been working fine until possibly the last update caused this problem?
When I deactivate the plugin, your Swift editor works.
The problem is, we must use custom fonts on the site. Not free google fonts, but a custom-created font that the client owns.
What is a possible solution? I’ve notified the plugin author, but I don’t know how he can test his plugin with every custom WYSIWYG editor…
This situation has become critical. We can’t update the site at all with this bug/problem, and we have a backlog of changes and updates we need to make. Have you been able to discover anything?
thank you

I suggest you play with the duplicated site I just made:
http://goodbake.wwwls10.a2hosted.com/ss1/knockknock (to log in with cardinal)
Most pages use page builder, but here is a good example:
http://goodbake.wwwls10.a2hosted.com/ss1/plays/freedom-train/
or a simpler page:
http://goodbake.wwwls10.a2hosted.com/ss1/partners/partner-schools/
On this duplicate site, you can deactivate or de-install plugins or do whatever else you want to it. Be as destructive as you want!
it’s 3am here so I’ll be asleep now but good luck & have fun with it.
(PS: updating to 4.4 didn’t fix it either)
I appreciate your help. That htaccess code didn’t change the problem of null information showing up when I try to edit any page.
I also tried moving the entire site to a different server at a different web host. The problem of 404 when I edit a page went away, but the problem of the Swift Page Builder loading totally blank on any page remains.

I’m wondering if the fact that the web host installed a security certificate (https) could have messed anything up. Is that possible?Or could there be a problem with the .htaccess file? Because another problem I see is that I get a 404 error if I try to edit a page from the admin bar when viewing a page. The only way I can edit a page is to go to the main admin page, then go to the listing of all pages, and click on a page title. If I use the “edit” button on the top admin bar when viewing a page, I get a 404.

You are right — the wider menu was set to “Alt” rather than “natural”.
I had changed them both to “natural”, but it must not have saved when I updated the menu. I’ve been having trouble about 10% of the time with page edits not saving.December 1, 2015 at 12:14 pm in reply to: Why does the mega-style menu always have 4 columns? #232386December 1, 2015 at 11:48 am in reply to: Why does the mega-style menu always have 4 columns? #232374I read the docs and found the hidden CSS class to control the # of columns. But this dropdown at 3 columns is too wide. I chose “Natural width”, which I thought was meant to make it narrower to suit the # of columns?
Try using Safari.
