Thank you – 1&2) worked. With a few tweaks to the reba color and opacity I got exactly what I wanted.

However, 3) isn’t working…the Header Shadow on the Home Page is still visible. Thanks.

Thank you so much but this isn’t working. The first part of the code deletes the entire Home Page header; not just the header shadow. And the second part of the code doesn’t create a thinner header shadow on the rest of the site either.
