Thanks – I did that and it still didn’t work so I recreated that featured image which did work. Not sure what was wrong with the pic but that issue was on my side.

Hi Melanie –

Can you take a look again as I don’t think your answer really addresses my situation.

1. The theme allows you to select to display Standard Fonts or Google Fonts or FontDeck Fonts. I have selected to show Standard Font for the body text. Helvetica is listed as a standard font (which I was actually surprised about since it isn’t normally). I have therefore selected Helvetica (not a Google font) to show. It’s not working. Are you saying that Helvetica is not a reliable Standard font to use and I shouldn’t select it?

2. For menu font I have selected the Google Font Open Sans Condensed 700 and it doesn’t show up in any browser I tried. Why not?

Hmmm…that doesn’t make sense. There is a field which defines the alt 10 text background which I have set to white and it’s not working. However in Alt 4 I can easily change the alt background anytime with the same mechanism. I shouldn’t have to enter custom CSS for something that already contains a way to set that color. It will make the site very hard for the owners to manage.

Please advise why I can’t simply set the color where it says I can.

Hi Melanie –

I know I can. But that isn’t really what I’m asking. When you change the width of the column that contains the slider to 2/3 is does adjust the slider size (as you can see on the page). However, the 1/3 block of text that comes after won’t come on the same horizontal line with is as it should.

I’ve noticed a similar problem anytime I try to make the text box have a alt background.

It means that the column width uses are not what I expected where any of the combos should make a single horizontal row: 1/2 + 1/2, 1/3 + 2/3, 1/4 +3/4 etc.

Please advise what the problem is or change the documentation to describe the limitations.

Still have a problem displaying the correct thumbnail (see attached). Not sure what the issue is as the images are processed just the same way as the others. The only thing about this product that’s different is that I copied it from another and then changed the name / text / images.

Apologies – there is still something wrong with it. Now the gallery images shows up in the thumbnail area but very small. I have already removed and resaved several time:(

Thanks I will check that out. So for the basic WooCommerce that comes with your theme, you will support? But if we buy extensions from them directly we will get service from them directly? Don’t want to chase the wrong people:) Cheers!
