Never mind. 10 days later and still no luck. I’ve deleted the video from my page and instead, added an image.
Hi Ed,
Thanks for the screenshot and data. I have adjusted the setting but it the video still shows a black area underneath the slider. I’ve checked the code and it says that the slider has a total height of 775px (check screenshot).
Furthermore, the video still does not show up in IE (9) and Firefox (26).
I found the problem. POEdit was giving me broken files.
Thanks for your help.
Anyone?
Does it have something to do with the error noted in the console? See attached img.
Solved it myself by adjusting the product’s date. The newest product will be displayed first, the oldest last.
Thank you Laranz. We need to get this fixed asap since its the only thing that keeps us from officially opening the shop.

Hi Melanie,
Thank you. I understand. Maybe you can check the problem with the IE and Firefox browser? The video is not working there.
Sorted it out this week. Had to set the “Put JS Includes To Body” to true, in the slider’s troubleshooting settings. However there are some bugs in the slider: http://support.swiftideas.net/forums/topic/revolutionslider-html5-video-size/
Worked like a charm!
No I didn’t. Here is a screen of what border I’m talking about.
