In the Post Meta Options, click the Detail Media tab, and set it to ‘none’
Then add the image to the page using the import media in a text box or in the visual editor (if you’re not using the page builder)

But you’ll need to change the page id, you can find this my going into the backend to Pages, and hovering over the page title

Can you try deactivating all of your plugins to see if that fixes the issue?

No, that was just to improve the quality of the images. On the home page I reduced the column containing the product to 1/4, and on the shop page I set the number of columns to 3 instead of 2
