April 22, 2016 at 5:17 pm in reply to: Blog Pages Empty on Desktop after update! Please help asap #263288
Ok thanks, for anyone else having this problem I actually needed to purge my Cloudfare cache via my server. Not just the plugin cache on WP. That was why I was having issues.
Can you help me make it link to a different page?
It is very common for WordPress Users to divide their sites into categories, which is what I thought the purpose of the alt logo was.
Where can I change the link of the alt logo?Hi David, I’m a little confused about the response above, and the quality of support in general.
Please clarify, because I might be confused: Are you asking me to deactivate my website by turning off all the plugins so you can test a glitch in the theme? I provided the login already above and it took 3 days to get a response from this forum. I don’t see how it’s appropriate to ask me to deactivate my website for an unknown period of time (likely 48 hours) to troubleshoot a problem which I brought to your attention.
In addition, the glitch made my homepage malfunction, so I decided against using that design. However, if the glitch is fixed I would like to add the old layout of the blog back.
Do you need the glitched setup of the blog to be in my homepage design to test it? Because it’s not still there. I am designing a blog that I can’t just leave for my readers to see broken for days on end, which is why I took it out.
IS THERE ANOTHER WAY TO TEST? I PROVIDED MY LOGIN INFO for you to be able to test it, but it’s also unclear if you have found a potential solution yet.
Please respond ASAP as it’s already been a week and the problem is still unresolved. Thank you.
This reply has been marked as private.I am using the most up-to date versions of all the plugins and theme.
I’d like to add another note.
This error occurred when I had two blog elements on the home page.
They were both masonry, the first displayed just 8 posts, then I have a shopping widget as a divider , and the second was offset by 8 posts. the second blog section had the ajax option and would glitch. I was hoping to be able to have this format to diversify the layout of my homepage, but it doesn’t work.Hi Kyle, I have been following that post in the knowledgebase. Thats where I learned about the Better Replace Plugin.
My issue is with the image shortcode which isn’t listed on that page in the forum. (http://www.swiftideas.com/knowledgebase/upgrading-to-atelier-cardinal/)The shortcode is
[vc_single_image
here is an example of a blog post where non of the images appear:Can I replace [vc_single_image with a new image shortcode using the plugin? Or is there a different problem that I’m missing?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Hi Mohammad, I have around 40 different blog posts with around 10 photos each. Is there a way that I can change them in bulk?
Also are there other short codes I need to replace that aren’t on the knowledge base post about switching themes? I noticed that not all of the functionality is the new theme yet.

I Can’t download the Swift Frameworks plugin without causing an error white blank screen. From what I found on another forum post, I tried deleting the Caching plugin I had installed ( I did did through FTP because I was locked out via WP) and it didn’t work. I needed to then delete the Swift Frameworks plugin through FTP to be able to access my site backend and frontend. How can I fix this? I want to update my theme but there are so many problems!
February 11, 2016 at 9:14 pm in reply to: Server 500 error after installing Atelier theme and downloading demo data #248462I’m using the most updated version of the Swift Framework plugin and have all updated plugins and also getting a white screen error message a little after installing. What can I do to resolve the problem? I’ve already restored my previous website 3 times because it keeps happening. Just switched from Flexform to Atelier and its non-stop problems ( including this error and so many changes in the code that all the content is not showing up). Used to be very happy with Swiftworks but this is a mess!
Hi,
This is still not giving me the correct results. Again, it made the photo not appear on mobile, and on chrome it created large white blank blocks.
I would like the image to function similar to danielakucher.com on mobile devices. It is responsive on the desktop and mobile versions.
Hi,
That custom css actually did not work. It made the photo not appear on mobile, and on chrome it created large white blank blocks.
