    Hi I have updated my site on a local machine before updating live and it did not resolve the issue.
    I have updated live and the issue is not resolved cache is cleared but I still get a 404

    This really needs resolving.

    Hi Good news!

    Ok I have found the offending plugin and it is one of mine a bespoke plugin so it will not affect any other user.

    Hi Ed

    Well Ed, it would show fine for you your using your Theme install lol.
    This is a Local issue on my site with my install,I was just hoping that with the 404 there was something I missed on the install, You asked for an image to see the issue.
    My hope on doing that is you say hey wait! I know this problem it is caused because “x”

    I am using Chrome mainly but always test on all browsers it does not work for me on any browser and for my money it’s some sort of conflict I will go through the plugins and find out which if I can.

    I will let you know so you can add it to any list of conflicts.

    Maybe a list of conflicts should be posted I know the Theme is good but not all plugins run to standards.

    Hi I have uploaded the image of the colour chart that blocks use of manual input. I have tried to use the keyboard blind by Tabbing to box but it will not work.

    I will check for conflicts too.

    The 404 is an issue and has effects like ranking etcetera…

    when will new update be out to resolve this???

    Still a great Theme not grumbling!

    That’s no problem I will be uploading and doing a change of theme soon. Always best to start with updated plugins.

    Sorry can not do that due the fact it’s a local development!

    It will be uploaded to take over the live site running X Theme when ready.

    I have been through the plugin deactivation and the fault was still there.

    My next step was to make a clean install on Desktop server but that was the same.

    My next step will be to upload it to a inactive domain on my server.

    I will give you the results from that.

    It may be that Desktop server running xampp is the issue?

    Thanks for the very quick response. 🙂

    I have uploaded two images. One showing the issue the other showing the activated plugin.
    It’s weird because the elements on the page builder work however I need the shortcodes on visuals for fine tuning my layout.

    Sorry I can see it is the Pro version and I have found the button editor 🙂

    for anyone who wants to know it is in the new layer dropdown lower left of the template panel.
