Thanks, that worked.
Hi Kyle,
Yes, that fixed it. Another support person sent me this, which was key:

Thanks,
KarenNevermind, I just fixed everything in a custom css file in the editor. I still don’t understand why the spacing above the testimonial slider and impact text box spontaneously changed though.
Do you guys ever push changes out that aren’t part of a release or am I doing something silly on my end due to lack of sleep? 🙂
Thanks for all your prompt assistance.
Best,
KarenNo, there’s still extra space above the testimonials slider. Can you remove it please? It never used to be there.

Thanks,
KarenHi Laranz,
Thanks for getting back to me. Something wonky has gone on with regard to my homepage.
You are correct that the big white gap above the testimonials is no longer there. But instead, my “impact text + button” section above that just disappeared altogether. I added it back, but this widget used to preview differently with different text in the sample. That’s no matter, except now there is no whitespace at the top of this section and it is jammed up against the main splash.
I guess I could add a “Blank Spacer” above my “Impact Text + Button” but something strange happened earlier today when you emailed me about the “Testimonials Slider”.

Thanks,
KarenHi Laranz,
Thanks so much it seems to be working perfectly now.
With that said, there is now a big white gap above this section where previously that didn’t exist. It is definitely related to the testimonial section because it stays with that piece.
Do you mind taking a look?
I really appreciate all your help!
KarenHi Rui,
Okay thanks, I believe I understand now, changes seem to be reflected correctly. Although it is confusing to me that the dropdown refers to a header inside the file as opposed to the file name itself.
Thanks for your help!

You are a rockstar. Thank you SO MUCH. I never would have figured out what all those options meant. So, so, so helpful!! All 3 suggestions worked and everything is perfect now.
Best,
KarenHi,
I am running WP 3.9.2 and Neighborhood latest v1.81. The following experience occurs for me exactly as Cinematir relayed:
“I get the following message “Schema added. Check the colour scheme preview dropdown.” but I can’t see my new scheme in the dropdown list.”
Is there a fix for this yet?
Thanks!
KarenHi Laranz,
I tried again, but it still will not save when I change the background from alt7 to alt4.
I have never been able to get the testimonial slider in page builder to save. Sometimes it will even though it doesn’t indicate it has and I have to hit cancel.
Can you go into my account and try it once more?
Thanks so much!!
KarenWP tells me all my themes are up to date. I am using v1.81. If there is a new version, where do I download it? Wouldn’t that notification pop up right within my WP admin?
Thanks,
KarenI am having the same problem. When I upload my footer.csv file it tells me it has been added and I should check the color scheme dropdown yet it never appears in the dropdown.
This is important because the footer text is dark on a black background and nothing is readable. Your Neighborhood theme preview shows white text. Could you please update the default color scheme to have white footer text for future customers?
Also, could you please tell me how to upload my csv? You’ll find it attached here.
Thanks,
