Hi Rui,
I gave your suggestion a shot. It turns out making the row Standard width works! Thank you.
Best,
KenHi David,
As I mentioned, my test server is my personal PC, so I can’t give you a login. The latest framework and theme updates seem to have dealt with most of it. But the client logos are still not scaling correctly (Screenshot 2). I can override this by scaling them by hand in the media library if I must, but I’d rather have it ‘just work’ like it used to. Any hints?
Best,
KenThank you David. The theme update did indeed correct this problem.
Hi David,
I’ve deactivated all plugins except for the Swift Framework and Woocommerce and am still having the same problems.
Here’s what happens:
Navigate to a regular product page. Choose a quantity. Add to cart (bag). No matter what happens, only ONE item is added to cart (bag).
View Cart. On cart page, attempt to change the number of items. The item number will change, but you CANNOT UPDATE the cart to reflect the new quantity. Update cart button is BLOCKED and will not function. Cart totals reflect the original quantity, not the new one.
With variable products, you can choose several items on a product page and the cart (bag) will reflect the correct number. But once again, if you view the cart page, you cannot modify the number of items selected because the update cart button is blocked.
You may with to compare notes with Rui, who is working with @crrobertson2 on exactly the same issue.
BTW, if I switch to another theme, like Storefront or 2016, the cart works properly. That’s why I think this has something to do with the theme update. I have a different live site using Atelier that I did not update and I do not have these issues.
Thanks,
KenI, too, have deactivated all plugins except the swift framework and woocommerce with no success.
Rui,
This is the exact same problem I am having as reported in a previous support request that I’m working on with David. I have tried using 2016 as my theme as well as Storefront and everything works fine.
My site is a development site on my personal server, so I don’t have a way to give you login credentials. But @crrobertson2, if you could give them a look at your site, I’m sure a bunch of us would really appreciate it.
Thanks,
Ken BlochowskiDavid, this is on a dev server I’ve set up on my personal computer, so I don’t have a way to give you access. I can say that I have switched themes to 2016 and everything works as it should, however. I see that there’s at least one other cart support request out there now, so I figure I must not be alone. It seems like the issue is with the quantity box. Changes in it do not seem to be recognized.
Hi Ed.
I just wanted to say I’m having the same issue as @winwithmidas on a dev site I’m working on right now. Everytime I edit the page, it goes back to the default editor instead of the page builder, and I’ve had to go in and reset my fullwidth items by hand because they seem to have been reset with the update. Just so you know there are others out there with this issue.
Thank you Ed! That did it!
Thank you David for your assistance. My admin doesn’t like to give out FTP details, but here is a zip of all of our files to examine:
https://fetishlocker.s3.amazonaws.com/jimsupport-2016-07-06.zip
I have updated the parent theme and tested with the child theme deactivated, but I still have the same issue.
I’ve reactivated the shipping calculator so that you can see exactly what happens on the cart page when you try to calculate shipping to a California zip code (try 92262) and then try to pick another form of shipping besides factory pickup.
I hope this information generates a clue as to what might be happening!
Ken
Hi David,
I thought that might work, but I just tried and am still having the same issue. I can choose other shipping methods in the shipping calculator when using Storefront (Wootheme’s Woocommerce theme) or 2016, but not in Atelier.
Any other suggestion?
Ken
Thank you! I got the same thing! But I foun`d that this was the solution:
.spb-row-container {box-shadow:none !important;}
Thanks Kyle!
I’m sure I’m going to like the new builder. I just wish there would have been some advance notice about such a big change. I’m really used to the old builder and now many of my settings are found in new places. I also think that it’s not right to do this without updating any of your documentation. All of your theme documentation shows your old page builder in use.
I too am having this issue, and it started several days ago.
