We appreciate the help, Ed.
I’ve attached a screenshot. Is this what you are referring to?

I restarted my computer and rebooted the internet. Still getting the same results.
January 20, 2015 at 9:30 am in reply to: *URGENT* Page Builder Not Working After Switch to Cardinal #142604Very odd, as a friend in a different location says it is working for him, but locally, I tried it on 3 different browsers and another separate computer — all don’t work and have the same results as the screenshot above.
Any ideas?

Yes I just cleared my cache in Chrome, tried it in a regular window and in an Incognito window, but I am still getting the exact same results as the screenshot.
January 20, 2015 at 6:50 am in reply to: *URGENT* Page Builder Not Working After Switch to Cardinal #142578I also tried re-installing WordPress and that did not help either…
Hi Kyle,
I switch because we add a lot of content, and sometimes, it’s much quicker to just edit in classic mode.
Perhaps it’s not a problem with theme, I’m not sure — have you ever experienced this before? or heard of anyone experiencing this?
I’m not accusing that there’s a problem with the theme, just trying to find a solution 🙂
Quick update:
Just noticed that this only appears to be happening on Chrome…
Have you cleared your cache? It all works fine on multiple browsers for me – logging into swiftsupport1 and then going to the WP backend.
Try logging in by going through http://www.sproutliving.com/knock.php
Very odd, as none of us here experience this same behavior. Did you try navigating to the page in the backend and then editing it?

Hey Ed,
I went ahead and downloaded the theme (Neighborhood 1.7) from the Envato site and then reuploaded that fresh version onto the test site (www.8foods.com/sprout/) but there was no change in functionality (add to cart still does not work). Not sure if the theme you were going to send is newer but wanted to give this a shot first.
Thoughts?
Maybe spoke too soon… “Add to Cart” doesn’t seem to work. How about on your end?
