Hi Rui,
I copied those files over and cleared cache, but I am still experiencing the same problem. I checked with our hosting provider also, and no cache plugin has been installed.
Please advise.
This reply has been marked as private.We are experiencing this same exact problem, but do not use any caching plugins and have tried clearing cache on our end to no success. Tried disabling all plugins and still have the same result…
Any idea?
Please post the answer to how you fixed this. We are having the same issue.
Great, thanks much Kyle! All is working now.
I’ve changed all the portfolio categories and removed these characters, but there are still problems.
Sproutein is the only one that works. The others show nothing when clicked on.
Thanks!
Ok, thanks again for the quick reply. We truly appreciate the prompt support.
Thanks for the info, Ed.
In the short term, do you have any quick CSS fix to at least make this new quantity selector a bit neater?
I’m having the same issue and I didn’t import the demo content… looking forward to an answer (and please don’t say plugins :/ )
This is very frustrating.
I am trying to put use the slider now just as a page builder element, but it won’t let me remove it from the meta/header/slider options. Every time, I reset the setting to “None” and then update the page, but it keeps reverting back to the Revolution Slider…
Maybe I spoke too soon.
I set that div to not display because it was producing an unwanted space below the header on the mobile when that slider is set to not display on the mobile. So now, with that custom CSS removed, the slider shows up again on the desktop, but this unwanted space is back on the mobile. I tried setting the height to 0px via CSS but this again removes the slider on the desktop….
Well, nevermind, it appears it was this CSS that was causing the issue:
.tp-fullwidth-forcer {
display: none;
}This is resolved.
I tried two other slider alias’s and neither worked.
Yes, we have a lot of custom CSS but none related to the Revolution Slider.
Hi Mohammad,
I just deactivated all plugins (except Revolution Slider) and the problem persisted. I tried clearing cache and in an Incognito window.
January 20, 2015 at 6:04 pm in reply to: *URGENT* Page Builder Not Working After Switch to Cardinal #142805It seems like this is the culprit:
“https://www.sproutliving.com/wp-content/themes/cardinal/swift-framework/page-builder/assets/css/bootstrap.css?ver=3.0 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 522 (Origin Connection Time-out)”
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to proceed with this?
