Breadcrumb NavXT seemed to be the problem, so i have deleted the plugin and it all seems to be working correctly.

Were you able to check out a solution of how to change the thumbnail pictures?

The details were: In the product catalog pages, the thumbnail pictures are showing the featured image and part of a gallery image.
Do you know is there a way to take the gallery image off the thumbnail picture so it is just showing the featured image in the catalog pages?

And also could you please tell me how i can change the options on the product pages such as:
– changing the product description from the left to full width
– taking out the side menu

Hi Ed,

The above link will no longer work as I’ve had to revert back to my old theme as purchases couldn’t be made on the store. Please see the picture attached instead of the link of the ‘add to cart’ button missing on product pages.

I’d greatly appreciate if you have any solutions to this as I’d love to re-install the neighbourhood theme.

I did find some information with other people having the same problem with WordPress, WooCommerce and other themes. I don’t understand it but i thought it maybe worth wile to show you as it may assist you:

1/ Caching – either installed on your site, or at server level
2/ Sessions are not configured. Check tools > WC Debug to check for errors
3/Script tries to get the product characteristics from the few places, but cannot reach that, as it is defined in a different way. May be it is an issue of the particular theme or a theme version is old or something else. I believe the easiest way to make it works properly is to add the next code after the comments on line 128 at add-to-cart-variation.min.js file:

if ( !all_variations ) all_variations = window[“product_variations_”+ product_id];

Thanks very much for your advice. I thought FTP might work and installed it successfully yesterday 🙂

I’m actually having another problem, the ‘add to cart’ button is not showing up on the product pages. I have posted a support question about this topic, I’d be greatly appreciative if you had any advice so i can get my store back up and running.
