Where would team.php be in my version? I cannot see it in the shortcodes folder.

I had a similar issue and the sidebar appeared after the upgrade. But the Recent Posts widget is not behaving correctly in the category page: http://helmsbakerydistrict.com/dev/category/helms-bakery-news/

It should look like in the blog page:

Clarification:

What I’d like to do now is make an adjustment so that (in the on hover state) I can see a little bit more of the thumbnail image.
