Regarding your question “Could you be more specific when you say crashes? What happens, is there an error produced”:

The site this time went in maintenance mode when I update. Earlier attempts have just resulted in a blank screen with the name of the site on the top of the page. The first new update seemed to be working, except that I lost my sidebars.

I have tried my best resolving this issue myself, without success.

Hopefully you can work your way around this problem for me 🙂

Please read what I write.

When I update to the previous version. The sites “crashes”. This is a much worse situation than the current missing sidebar. I will now make the update as you say, and then you will have to take a look at this site now. We cannot have this page down for long.

Hi!

My sidebars are also gone.
What do you mean with release update shortly? Will it take days or hours?

Can I fix this without going back to previous version? I have worked with adding new products to the page for 4 hours after the update (without noticing the missing sidebars),
