As you said it was issue with my sever provider – everything works fine now.

I reinstalled the wordpress, the .htaccess file is there (with the same content as you posted), but I still got the same problem. What is interesting not all files have this weird slash missing thing:

I added file with content that you have posted, but there still are some errors.
I do not have any htcaccess file in my wordpress instalation folder (or anywhere higher in file tree).
