Permalinks were default and were never changed. I changed the product permalink base to product and the common settings to post name.
The search seems to work now.

Try selecting gender > Men then click search

Still waitting for someone to get back to me about this, now it is also giving a 404 not enough space erroro on code line etc…..

Getting a little frustrated at this.

Verified pages and they seem ok. It just stops at the 3rd stage and its a blank page???
