Thank you Mohammad – although now every slide was up for less than a second, and didn’t actually finish playing out! I just changed the slide delay and that seemed to sort the strobe effect. 🙂

Could you explain what the problem was, and how you fixed it, so I might learn for future reference?
(I can see you switched off the lazy load function, but as I already tried that, I’m trying to work out what else you changed.)

I have reloaded all the slider pics to under 600KB and I am still having the same problem.

Thank you Ed, I have now updated it to v4.5, but it is still getting hung on the spinner?
Any ideas why it might be doing this?

I have also noticed that in both Chrome and Internet Explorer the first two slides will load, but in Firefox, nothing loads at all. (Just the grey background with the spinner, indefinitely.)

Thanks Mohammad. I have already done that (and I just doublechecked it all again) and that works for the rest of the font on the site, but my question is about using the Font Deck font in the Revolution Slider. I can’t seem to make this work. Could you reread my original question?

I have been asking for help about this in many different ways for well over a week, and am getting very frustrated!

I have successfully updated to Version 4.3.1 but I still do not have an ‘Edit CSS’ option for a layer.
As I said before, I can see in the documentation what it is supposed to look like, but that option isn’t there.

I am sorry if I seem really slow – but where do you mean ‘Admin –> Revolution Slider’? In the Word Press dashboard?
I’m sure it is very simple, I just don’t know where to start for installing this update?

Hi Cosmin,

I am also hoping to use a Font Deck font in the Revolution Slider, but I do not have the Edit CSS option for a layer? I can see what it is supposed to look like in the documentation, but I don’t have that option. I suspect it is because my version of Revolution Slider needs to be updated? I am using V 4.1.4.
If that is the case, are you able to step me through how I would update that through WordPress?

(Is this not something that we can do from within WP Plugins?)
