Thanks!
Also, I just removed all custom CSS to test and see if somehow my CSS was breaking the functionality. It didn’t fix it so apparently the custom CSS is not the problem.
Just FYI
Thanks!Yes, that worked. The title is back. Is that a final fix? Or do I need to do anything else?
Thanks!
TimLike it works in this page: http://joyn.swiftideas.com/home/home-freelancer/
If viewed on a touch screen device the hover state shows as the user touches the screen to scroll up. If the user taps first it clicks through and sends them to the link. But they can see all hover effects by touching the screen to scroll through the page.
Earlier in this thread I was instructed to clear my phone browser cache, and the effect I’m describing worked perfect for a little bit. Just trying to figure out how to make it work again and consistently.
Thanks!
Sorry, I meant is there a way to make the touch/hover effect work consistently. There are many other parts of the site that would greatly benefit from it functioning as it does in the theme demo.
This option could be a last resort though 🙂

Any ideas how to keep the hover working on mobile consistently?
After opening the functions.php in the child theme I saw some code and didn’t know where to paste the new function…
Should it go at the end or somewhere in that code?
Thanks!
January 6, 2016 at 3:11 pm in reply to: menu link that goes to a specific section of a long page #238638The menu on the home page works perfect because they just slide to the correct place of the same page. But the hamburger menu on secondary pages does not completely work yet for some reason. In a quick test I just did all the links worked except for the “team”, “partners” and “contact”.
Team loaded way off alignment (couldn’t even see the section), partners cut the section in half (could only see the partner logos and not the title or intro to the section) and contact cut the section in half (could see a lot of the section above the contact sections).
Test from a secondary such as: http://weareinfrared.com/consumer-promotions/
Please advise.
Thanks.

January 5, 2016 at 6:26 pm in reply to: Related posts only pulling in first portfolio category #238469I have not tried updating wp yet. That’s a scary move – especially so close to our deadline. May try later.
And I will try disabling all plugins except those you suggested this evening. The site is being presented to the CEO of the company right now and I don’t want to mess up their experience.
The only plugins I’ve added: Post Types Order, RSS Importer, WordPress Importer, and Duplicate Post
Could any of those be the problem?
I never activated the WooCommerce plugin…

So this isn’t a problem that has come up before?
I figured out one bug that kind of relates to this problem… I had originally typed in all category slugs with underscores and they weren’t working at all. Finally, I figured out that they only except hyphens. Then they started working.
Don’t know if it relates.
January 5, 2016 at 6:09 pm in reply to: Related posts only pulling in first portfolio category #238465You couldn’t replicate the problem on our site?
If not, go here: http://weareinfrared.com/portfolio/columbia-records/
This Case Study Portfolio Item has 4 categories yet is only pulling in on related project which both have the same first category.
Is this how it is on your end too?
