Also, earlier, I saw that the footer was showing all three columns after some of the buttons were fixed, but something happened and now I can only see the left and middle column.
Thanks. I used the code in html mode and the button didn’t show up when I updated. I removed the > with only Contact but the button still doesn’t show up. This is on the home page.

Also, Impact Buttons are not showing either.
I’ve removed the button shortcode on the left column so now the right column is showing. But the button on the right column isn’t showing, only Swift links in its place.
I just thought it might be a theme or revolution slider issue since the form shows properly in text boxes but not within revolution slider. I’ll contact Gravity Forms for support.
I figured I could just use another layer for the title “Team.” I’ve also added layers for each column and used the offset option for each column. However, the right column’s caption goes off the page. I can’t bring it further in to the left. As you can see in the screenshot, the word “library” is cut off.

This is what I get when I use the default theme:
[showcase_layerslider revslider_shortcode=”signup” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”] [fullwidth_text alt_background=”none” width=”1/1″ el_position=”first last”]However, the rest of the page shows and the bottom form is showing

I simply used the shortcode for the form on the html box on the slide: [gravityform id=1] -
