I have a dev team looking at this issue. We have put back the page.php file. (Just in case you have been logged in and looking into the backend in the past couple hours)
Thanks for that. It has removed the duplication but now the:
.alt-bg {
background-image: url(http://privilegedsales.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/ff_rp_bkg2.png);
background-repeat: repeat;
background-position: center top;
background-size: auto;
}Code doesnt seem to be working. I would like to see the diagonal stripes background show up at full width.
Also, since I removed the page.php file from child theme, my product images arent showing up in the carousels. The link has reverted to an older test site that I was using 1 year ago- privilegedsales.azurewebsites.net
On indiv. Product pages like: http://www.privilegedsales.com/product/daisy-dream-forever/ they show up fine (correctly using .com/uploads URL), but on a page like: http://www.privilegedsales.com/product-category/cosmetics/ they arent displaying.
Forgive my ignorance Kyle. My Template files? I just tried removing:
/home/admin/web/privilegedsales.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/privilegedsales-child/includes/swift-framework/sf-content-display – sfheader.php but it didnt change the duplication issue? I just wanted to confirm if this is what you meant by Template files?
i See. We had a hack recently and I had to upload a backup. Unfortunately I’m not that tech savvy as the guy who originally made this site for us. DO you know where I can locate the duplicated page heading and remove it?>
Strange. As I see it when either logged in with the gnd credentials I provided you and as a ‘customer’ who is logged in as well.

Will Neighborhood’s Import/Export functionality help at all for the migration?
May 5, 2015 at 11:29 am in reply to: Tried to Update to newest Neighborhood version- crashed whole site #171913Yes unfortunately, I edited the Parent theme files. I haven’t started using Child themes yet. 🙁
So to confirm, you recommend that I do a manual upload via FTP of the theme?
My last question is that I can still see the data in the dasshboard/backend of WP. So in Media library, all images are there, and all the Pages & Products are there too. If i perform an upload via FTP, will that have any effect on the media/Pages/Products?
Best,
J

I am worried that if I upload the theme via FTP, then I will be uploading a fresh install of Neighborhood with none of my styling/images/structure/design that I had previously created.
Pls advise..
Hi there,
Not to worry. I managed to save it from your live preview website.
Thanks,
Hi Kyle,
I mistakenly deleted my png file when clearing out my Media Library. I cant seem to access the above attachment. Can you pls re-attach for me?

February 12, 2015 at 3:56 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Layered Nav Filtered By: Plugin not showing up #149541Hi,
Sorry, it was supposed be filtered by brand rather than size. I have changed the widget to filter by brand and it still doesnt show on left column of the page: http://privilegedsales.azurewebsites.net/product-category/fragrance/
Any ideas why not?
Thanks Rui
Thanks for your quick reply! It works perfectly
