I’ve just checked out with 2 setups : Windows 8.1 / IE 11.0.9600.16476 and Windows Vista / IE10.
The boxes won’t flip like they do in Chrome or Firefox.
Bug or not, I think this is a shortcoming. I cannot sell a site built with this animation, sincemy customers do not have to know about CSS transitions, they just want everything to behave well in no matter which browser.
