Okay thanks.
Thanks for trying. Have you ever seen an issue like this? And what’s the process like with the development team – will I be notified of any updates?
This reply has been marked as private.Yes I created the Track page. Using a Blank Spacer seems to be a bandaid of a fix and doesn’t really get at the root of the problem. Also, tracking details are different depending on where in the country I’m shipping to – so there’s no one size fits all spacer px to fit all label details, and I’d rather not have a huge blank space on my page before the user clicks ‘Track’. Any other ideas for ways to fix this?
I figured it out. Thanks Kyle.
I’m struggling to find that file anywhere. I’m even searching my computer for /js/functions.js and it says 0 files. I’ve never had to update it for anything before and I’m not sure how to access the files. Is there anything else you can do to help me?
Thanks Kyle..
Thanks Kyle that’s a helpful article. But a SiteGround support member is trying to tell me that he’s looking in my files and the template does not have the /js/functions.js folder. How do I find and edit that line of code?
Hi Laranz – I’ve never backed my site up before (don’t shoot me) and I’m not sure how to do it. I don’t want to update to the current version of the theme because I’ve had major issues with plugins and customization being messed up, probably because I never back my site up to a child theme in order to re-upload everything once I’ve updated my neighborhood theme. What steps should I take to back up my site properly and then re-upload everything to the updated theme?
Everything on my site works perfect right now with the older version of the theme with the exception of my product images on category pages displaying wrong. The bottom of the product image shows the 2nd product picture that rolls over when it shouldn’t. See the attached picture to see what I’m talking about.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

Thanks

October 30, 2014 at 3:52 pm in reply to: Remove top title bar, breadcrumbs, add product name #124560That worked, but on mobile phones the product title isn’t centered or aligned any which way…it looks pretty terrible actually…is there any way to center it or at least have it left aligned?

I was advised not to update my theme…and have seen multiple threads of people having issues after updating. Will updating mess with my plugins or functionality?
http://gtsclothing.com/dont-be-negative-tank has 4 related products at the bottom. I’d like at least 2 to display on mobile phones.
I was able to perform the inspection but I don’t know the first thing about coding…so I’m not sure what it’s telling me. The images are there…they’re just not displaying. Because as you scroll down the white space you can click anywhere and be taken to a product. The only computers I’ve tried it from have been connected to the same internet…could that have something to do with it? It shouldn’t be a theme issue since it’s working on your end and not mine right?? If my theme wasn’t updated you’d be seeing the error on your end too correct?
