Darn – okay.
February 19, 2015 at 7:17 pm in reply to: full width image above widget/sidebar page content #151763Hi – I cannot see an attachment.
I reached out to the woocommerce support team about removing or at the very least editing the links in the left sidebar that is automatically generated when using the [woocommerce_myaccount] shortcode.
Here is what he said for reference:
“It’s definitely coming from the theme, as there’s just no code in WooCommerce to create a menu like that. I can say without a doubt, 100%, it’s in the theme, so the theme developer needs to give you code to change it – really nothing I can do :(”
Any help on this?
Awesome thank you!
Hey thanks for the response. As simple as that sounds, I’m as rookie as they come when dealing with changing or updating code or files. Are you able to provide a step by step? I can also provide login details if that’s easier.
Thanks Kyle. I know you can edit the content of the links in the helpbar…but can you edit the text of each link as well? If so, can you also make the text link link to a landing page instead of opening the popup?
I’d also like to remove the help bar that include Email customer care, shipping information etc…then ideally remove the standard my account sidebar and use my own custom menu inside a sidebar widget.
Thanks in advance for the help.
Thanks so much Mohammad!
Kyle – how can I edit the ‘Welcome’ text in the header?

Okay. Thank you very much for your time!
Why isn’t the code working with the iframe element? I understand it’s a lot of work, but I can pay for the extra work to have it done.
Just to be sure – you already added the CSS to the site correct? So it should be working now without me having to do anything?
Also, just one little MASSIVE problem…it works in Chrome, but not Safari. Any idea what could be causing this?
You’re the man Mohammad! Thanks for fixing that. I have one more question. How come there is such a large blank space under the Track button? Is there a way to have the page end right below the box like normal and then once a user enters their tracking number, THEN then page expands downwards to fit the box length.
Is this possible?
Thank you x a million!
Dan
