Hi Kyle,
Happy New Year – apologies, didn’t see this.
Thanks for letting me know about the light/dark header. Yes, I’d like to know if I could make the sticky header transparent (across Desktop and Mobile?)
Also, I’m having a problem getting my WHITE .PNG FILE to show when choosing the Naked (Light) Header. It seems nomatter what I put, the theme only selects the main logo, not the Light or Dark logo. How do I fix this?
Thanks,
PAwesome, thanks. I’ll plug it in and give it a try.
Cheers!

David – your CSS code worked great, much appreciated.
Also, is there a way to get the ‘Style it with’ on each product page to stay open/expanded by default. At the moment it is always collapsed and you have to press the ‘+’ sign to expand. Please see my screenshots attached.
Many thanks as always!

Is it ok to upgrade to WordPress 4.4? My site won’t change/ delete the theme customisations/ go back to square 1 will it?
Many thanks.
I’ve deleted the font file from the theme now, shall I re-upload? I’ve also attached the file into this thread somewhere above incase you would like to upload directly?
Hi Ed.
Still no luck. The Redux conversion thing seems completely broken? No custom font I upload renders properly. For the timebeing I’ve had to using the Google Font- Old Standard TT but this isn’t ideal.
Am I doing something wrong with the file upload? Is there anything I need to upload directly into the folders via FileZilla?
Thanks Kyle
Hi David,
Thanks for your previous update. Any news on this? I’m keen to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks,
PThanks David.
Someone suggesting copying the following into this file – http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/fonts.css
@font-face {
font-family:’Monotype Modern Std Extended’;
src:url(‘http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/Monotype Modern Std Extended/Monotype-modern-std-extended.eot?8natnz’);
src:url(‘http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/Monotype Modern Std Extended/Monotype-modern-std-extended.eot?8natnz#iefix’) format(’embedded-opentype’),
url(‘http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/Monotype Modern Std Extended/Monotype-modern-std-extended.ttf?8natnz’) format(‘truetype’),
url(‘http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/Monotype Modern Std Extended/Monotype-modern-std-extended.woff?8natnz’) format(‘woff’),
url(‘http://www.grapelondon.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/Monotype Modern Std Extended/Monotype-modern-std-extended.svg?8natnz#Monotype Modern Std Extended’) format(‘svg’);
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal;
}I’ll try that whilst I wait to hear from Redux.
Thanks
Hi Mohammad,
Thank you, but unfortunately the font ‘Monotype Modern Std Extended’ is still not rendering on the site for Headers <H1> and <H2>.
What currently shows is not the correct font. I have attached the font zip file for your reference.
My host says the error is as follows:
Error: Connection timed out after 60002 milliseconds<br><br>Your font could not be converted at this time. Please try again later. The only file(s) imported were those uploaded. Please refresh the page to continue (making note of any errors before doing so, please).
Can anyone offer a solution to get this font to convert and show properly on the site. It used to work, but something has suddenly stopped working and I can’t figure out what it is. I can forward your response to my host if necessary.
Kind regards,

This reply has been marked as private.Thanks – the CSS provided only solved one issue (stopping the trolley cart icons showing on mobile sized pages.
However, I’m still having trouble with the following:
1. The ‘Related Products’ still show on every product.
2. On this page you will see the categories (i.e. for the Amara Blue Sequin Dress, the categories such as ‘Dresses,Occasion Dresses,Party Dresses’ show under each product. How do I switch that off?
e.g.
http://www.grapelondon.com/product-category/dresses/3. Also, as requested earlier in this thread, could somebody please help me resolve my Fonts issue.
My main Header font <H1> ‘Monotype Modern Std Extended’ is not rendering on the site.
I’ve uploaded the font using Theme Options > Font Options, which successfully extracted the font. It’s an OpenType font file, which works fine, but it seems the font is not converting externally and timing out?
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the font, but still having no luck.
I’ve spoken to my host who has tried installing the font directly on the server amongst trying various other methods to ensure it’s showing, but he can’t figure out why the font is not converting and showing up on the site. If you have seen the site, you’ll know that it did at one point render ok, but now it’s not showing up at all.
The font is pretty important to the overall look of the site and I would be grateful if one of the support team could get back to me on this (in addition to my other questions in this thread).
The exact error is as follows:
Error: Connection timed out after 60002 milliseconds<br><br>Your font could not be converted at this time. Please try again later. The only file(s) imported were those uploaded. Please refresh the page to continue (making note of any errors before doing so, please).
Thank you.
