    Hi Kyle,

    Alright I will contact them directly. But could you please let me know what I need to do to get rid of the warning I get now see screen.
    This warning does seem to be a theme issue. Translated it means:
    “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files”

    Just after I typed my mail, i wanted to place another test order and now it states that there are no shipping methods available ( I only have one shipping method: pickup and delivery). see screen..
    It seems my whole checkout process has become unusable as there are so many issues with it. Hopefully you can help me out, because at the moment it is impossible for my customers to place an order

    Hi Kyle,

    I discovered thats since I updated my theme and plugins I have multiple woocommerce issues.

    As you know I have the issue mentioned above. But I discovered there are many more issues (see below). On my dashboard it shows the message that I included as a screenshot above which I think may have something to do with it. Could you please have a look at my site and let me know where these issues are coming from?

    -sometimes when a product is added to the cart and the cart is opened it shows an empty cart.
    -Sometimes on the billing page in stead of showing the product summary it shows an empty section with just “-1”
    -I just placed a test order where every field was filled in correctly and it came through on the orders page but after the purchase I was redirected to the checkout page where it said all the field are required and need to be filled in
    -Eventhough I have my settings set for users being able to register for an account on the checkout page, the checkout page sometimes states that users need to be logged in to purchase an item anyways. When I check my settings they jumped back and I have to do it again.

    yes I have the latest version (2.66) installed and it still exists. The outdated woocommerce tempalte error I only received after my last update btw.

    No the problem is that the message does not appear at all untill you click on the cart page and there it will pop up. (it should show on the product page, after adding a product to the cart).

    In the backend it shows a message that my theme has outdates copies of woocommerce templates (see screenshot) and that it can cause problems in the frontend. It might have something to do with this. What is the best way to fix this error?

    Hi Rui,
    Thanks for you help. It is really strange, I noticed that right now it works with the url “en/mijn-account”. I tried to make the url however “en/my-account”. When I change the slug to that, the account link refers to the old url instead while with “en/mijn-account” it refers correctly to the new url. (see screenshot where i changed the slug to “en/my-account”.

    Eventhough, I would have preferred the english url for the english account page, I guess its best to leave it as is.
