Sorry for the delay. I tried the default theme and everything works has it suppose to do. I’ve been contacted by OnTheGo Systems telling me they are trying to fix the problem and they have contacted you to work together on it.
Do you have any news about it? It’s becoming quite problematic. There is a way I can help you?

thanks for the help but the WPML support told me this:
“This seems a compatibility problem. If you switch to the default theme, the featured images are displaying well in both languages. Could you confirm this?
The theme Neighborhood is not listed as a compatible theme with WPML here: https://wpml.org/documentation/theme-compatibility/” (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/featured-images-of-post-and-products-not-showing-in-the-second-language/page/2/)
I repeatly did what Rui told me to do but nothing happened.

What should I do? Can I tell them what you just told me?

I tried to duplicate all the images with WPML Media and re-upload the featured image for the translated posts but nothing works…
The problem affects also some products…since the shop is online it’s quite important to have it fixed as soon as possible.

Hi,
I managed to solve my problem even though I can’t translate the widget in italian (I’m working on it).

http://www.sharebot.it/ and http://www.sharebot.eu/ as you can see in the english version the posts have no featured images even if I assigned them the same as the italian.
You can see this problem in all the posts http://www.sharebot.eu/index.php/blog-en/

2)I managed to have the sidebar.
3)It’s not the browser. It’s probably a problem related to WPML.

Another quick question: How can I remove the feebacks from the products?
