I updated the site and things look good.
Just an FYI: when I updated there was a warning message:

“Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=885584 in /public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1803”

I am referring to the 3 lines that are to the left of the logo at the top. I would like to replace these 3 lines with an animated gif (also attached).

I am working on 1.9.7.
After clicking ^ the arrow does not collapse/close.
Please advise on what to do here.
