Fixed
Hi
I applied the latest theme update and looks like the zoom issue has now been fixed. Although seems to be very slow (or could just be me), is working.
Thank you.

The visualization in mobile seems to be fine now. In tablet the titles are still misplaced in vertical view tablet. Also, the “about us” text is now very messy after the last custom CSS. Please see screenshots attached.

The latest CSS seemed to work for the “About Us” page with the animated headings. Now I can visualize the text properly in mobile and tablet view. Good work.
Unfortunately, the main menu is still overlapping the page title when the screen is the size of a tablet in horizontal view.

thank you.
April 11, 2016 at 11:56 am in reply to: Responsiveness not working after formatting text (DesignOptions>padding Horizont #260671I have been waiting for a reply for more than 2 days, could anyone please assist?
You need to understand that not all your customers are developers. In fact, you should be already targeting more people like me as valuable customers, as the vast majority of people is not developer. It will greatly enhance your sales. Also, who said one can only run one online store? It could be many and you should offer yourselves as the only solution.
But in order to do that, you definitely need to improve your support (or your product reliability).
Why do you ask for credentials for the websites if no one actually logs in?
Why does it takes so long to reply to a ticket?
Why when the fix doesn’t work, you just ignore the customers?
Do you realize that what you sell is a platform for a business?
Do you realize that most of the people who buy this kind of themes is because don’t have the resources to pay for a full time web developer? Otherwise they would just develop their own themes. Please guys, get serious!! Your customers are trying to run a business thinking you of you as partners. Not as roadblocks!!
If there is a better support plan than this, please let me know and I will be happy to look into it.
Please, I need assistance as soon as possible. Are you going to provide it or not???

April 8, 2016 at 6:22 pm in reply to: Responsiveness not working after formatting text (DesignOptions>padding Horizont #260447Hi
I formatted the “about us” page, same padding horizontal option as before but this time not from the text but from the row instead as I needed to format some dividers as well. And also added some simple animated headings. Now the responsiveness is gone again. I rolled back to previous CSS code and it looked 1% better but still very messy.
Are there any restrictions when using any of the options of the swift page builder to not brake the responsiveness?? Is the use of custom CSS necessary every time something different from plane text or image is added to a page??
Please assist a.s.a.p!

Sorry, this new code didn’t work as expected. No noticeable difference at all compared with the previous one.
Thanks.
