Hi. I saw your warning about adding an extra reply, but its been more than a day now! and I haven’t gotten any response back from you guys. My new site should be going live by the end of the month and I can’t afford to waste a day. Please resolve this issue with your theme so I can get my site back. Thanks.

There’s no need. I decided to start from scratch in a new sub-domain and it works there. Thanks.

No it will not. It is frankly terrible support work to send me your full documentation (which I already read before paying for the theme) in response to my problem of your theme crashing my site. I’ve given you full details of the problem and my site information. Please help resolve my inability to use your theme or refund me. Thanks.
