    Hello David,

    Thanks for your support. I reached out to the host. They confirmed that they were not blocking the external URL stated. However, they updated my PHP and all the plugins were updated without a hitch. Thanks for your help.

    hello, I received an email notification stating that this issue has been resolved. I logged in and am still having the same issues.

    That is, I am unable to UPDATE almost all the recommended plugins.

    Particularly I am unable to UPDATE and ACTIVATE the revolution slider. see attached screenshots taken now.

    Hello Support,
    Thank you for your feedback. First of all, apologies for being unable to Log into the site. The Web host was down for a while. This has been resolved now. Please assist to log in and assist.

    Secondly, there is no error messages, I just experience issues when updating most of the recommended plugins, especially the revolution slider. I am unable to update, neither can I activate. There is no error message shown. Sometimes the site just goes blank.
