Marking as resolved
We just added an SSL certificate to the site. Maybe that solved it.
Oh well, something seems to have sorted it. Thanks for the help with this.
I have done some testing and logged into WP and viewing the page they all display. It is only when you logout and view the page that it goes wrong.
Have you had any ideas?

It has already updated initially but if you ensure you are logged out. Add item to the basked and navigate to another page the basket count goes back to 0.
