Thanks! I will get in contact with the creators of this plugin to see how to solve this. I will get back to you on this. Do ypu know if I need a shortcode to fill in at the modal link for the faq section? I now used a link? Is that enough?

2. Yes I know where to put the input, but when I edit this and save the changes on the page nothing happens. It links to a none existing part of the site. http://www.vind-x.nl/afrekenen/#contact. When I click it, nothing happens.
and linking to the Service page it links to http://www.vind-x.nl/afrekenen/#faqs.Greetings

1. Great! Where can I find the custom css? I am looking in my ftp but I don’t see it. :S
2. I want a modal link for: ‘Email de klantenservice’ (email customer service in dutch- with link to the contactform) And one for ‘Veelgestelde vragen” (FAQ – with a link to my Service page)

Tnx for your quick response. I tried that already and it didnt work. I changed everyting everywhere and the english still poptup even after adding something to the cart. In the end I ended up with a very helpful plugin called Loco Translate. Someone at an forum advised this to me and it worked like a charm!
The dropout menu I added through a different plugin.
