It only saves the first time. If you go back in to add or edit, all the text disappears!

The issue persists. After keying in the caption and saving, it now appears on the live site but once i go back in to edit, the editor is blank =(

January 5, 2015 at 8:09 am in reply to: How to add line breaks in caption of Single Image Elements #138884The caption is still not saving. I have created a new page, inserted the Single Image element. I can add the picture but the caption won’t save.

I just updated to 2.05. The caption for Single Picture is still not working. The text editor isn’t saving any content
Hi Ed,
Any updated on the scrolling for the product gallery thumbnails?
Thanks
December 22, 2014 at 4:32 pm in reply to: How to add line breaks in caption of Single Image Elements #137317That code only creates a single line for the first line of text. I want the caption to be in 3 lines, including the text that are not in bold. the code you provided only applies to the bold text.

The <span> tag does stay either. I added in the classic mode text but when i switch to the page builder and back, it disappears again.
Hi, is there a fix for this with the latest 2.0 update? Does the ilightbox allow better scrolling?
The site is up now.
If i upload a bigger image, it will appear as the wrong size in the footer. why isn’t the theme using the image as is? whats causing it to blur and pixelate?
the theme below seems to have the thumbnail navigation working
http://themeforest.net/item/pharmacy-woocommerce-wordpress-responsive-theme/8799461perhaps you can use a similar solution.
Full size is 270 x 68px. but it appears blurred. if you go to the image source in uploads, it appears sharper than it does in the footer.
Hi Ed,
Any updates on this?
If not, is there a way to hide the thumbnails then since it isn’t functioning properly?
Thanks
October 28, 2014 at 6:29 am in reply to: product images look lowres even if they are uploaded highres #123585Hi Kyle,
The link with the product images sizes does not anything. The link on the page doesnt work either.
Hi Ed,
I am not trying to show 7 thumbnails in a row. I have 20 thumbnails to display. Showing 6 at a time is fine. My issue is only when you start scrolling. I want to either reduce the amount of scrolling so one click moves one image at a time or one click moves 6 images at a time, not 3.5 images.
Thanks.
