Haha! Sorry – I was working from a demo page that already had images. Not sure what I was thinking but in my defense, I haven’t had any coffee yet this morning!
I’m all set with this. (feeling foolish) 🙂

Okay – but is there at least a way to move “Related Items” above the reviews?
Hi Rui,
Sorry – I did not notice the update. I followed your instructions and it fixed the problem. The page builder is working now. Thank you so much for your help and patience. 🙂

We already have the most up-to-date Swift Framework plugin active.
ftp access? Not sure what you’re asking for. I don’t use ftp.
Hi Kyle,
I tried that – I deactivated all plugins except Swift Framework and it didn’t change anything. However, I did find a fix – but it’s a little strange. I open a page and find the Swift Page Builder not working and the default html text showing. If I click on the Text tab in the page editor section, suddenly the Swift Page Builder loads. After that everything works fine. This happened several times and each time the Text tab was the fix.
I doubt that it’s designed to work that way – but it did offer a temporary solution.
Is there a way to fix this so the page builder works properly?
Thank you,
DawnaAll set – thank you. 🙂
I’m using this: http://soakshore.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=15290&action=edit
In this page builder, I have the captions and lightbox turned off. It now seems the captions are off but not the lightbox.
Best,
DawnaJust checked and they’re still on.
If you go to the “Our Stores page” and go to the Swift Page Builder, you will see Gallery as an element. If you edit the gallery you get the option to turn off captions and lightbox. Both are set to off but remain on.
Please see my other post – it has the correct login info.
It’s working now – thank you! 🙂
Hi guys.
I figured this one out – sorry to bother you.:)
