Please try checking out as a logged out user. Our customers cannot make purhases.

Users should be able to checkout as a guest. If they add products logged out and go to check out, the cart becomes empty — so they cannot checkout.

What i meant was I saw other people post in the forum who are having the same issue but i cant see the solution because it is private.

What do you mean request to your friend?

This seems to be a theme issue as we’ve already contacted our hosting provider and they told us to contact theme developer.

Please try adding products and checking out as a logged out user.

I’ve seen threads before on this forum with the same issue but the solutions are private.

Issue remains to be the same. Checked on multiple devices but issue remains to be the same.

Cart is empty even after having added products in it.
