Take a look again – The shop base wasn’t sent.

Its all looks wrong now.

Please help.

I thought it might be useful to post some screen shots of whats wrong with the shop page layout.
its really unstable and I need a solution asap please.

I have just noticed you have managed to get bespoke shop base pages to work on the demo here?

Hi Guys,

Although this does work, its a bit glitchy and it doesn’t seem to transfer well to a mobile phone. (i have tested with iphone 5s and safari)
The our-collections page (shop base page). shows the following incorrectly.

1. Page banner image (not seen on desktop) – Can we hide this?

2. Second set of Categories at the bottom of the page / or loads in every product depending on the woocommerce setting. (shop shop display option) – can we hide this?

3. The Category module on the grey background doesn’t extend to the edges of the page (it looks fine when this page is not set as the shop base) – can we resolve this style option see attached image showing the issue?

4. Contact us banner at the bottom grey background has the same issue as point 3. – can we resolve this style option see attached image showing the issue?

5. Also as a side note the shop category page banner text is not centred? looks like there is some padding in there? any ideas

Hi Guys,

For what its worth i got to the bottom of this.

If you make the bespoke shop base page. save it and then set as the woocommerce shop base. the whole things works.

however if you go in and edit/update the bespoke shop base page it all goes wrong again.
the only way to get this working again is to delete the shop base page in woocommerce settings and then save and then re enter the page as the shop base and click save…

Hope this help peoples out there.

I just noticed something.

The link which comes up at the top of the page is working.
The link which is at the bottom isn’t
