I had to revert from back up.
Every page went to code, and had to open each page to rest page builder – not fun when you’ve got 30 pages.
But can’t sort the main content going full width when its a boxed site. Not having much luck with the past three updates to swift/theme – I guess once I’ve completed a site, I should just leave it alone!

October 5, 2016 at 5:36 pm in reply to: Uplift Update and swift update has also destroyed my site. #294587Thanks Ed. I’ve not installed the above version. Having to resort the site from last weeks back up.
Basically my sites ‘main area’ when full width (when its a boxed page) – and all the rows / columns / swift elements when all over the shop.
– Also, whats with the password to re download the previous swiftplugin?
DPerfect – thanks David
Hello David
Did you view the two links above?
see: http://www.lolo.ac.uk – which now works with the css given.
http://www.lolo.ac.uk/about-us/ucl/ – doesn’tCan you see the difference using ‘margin’ instead of ‘padding’? Look at the right of the screen on http://www.lolo.ac.uk/about-us/ucl/ and the position? Padding is the space that’s inside the element. Margin is the space between the border and next element.
Can we go back to the original question?
Before the update – I could use padding on a extra class – now it gets ignored. Is there any way I can get it to work?I’m fine if you say it can’t be done now – and move on.

The reason over padding – is that it just effects just that column. Margin, you need to add width percentage – which then knocks the whole page out.

Thanks for looking into this

In fact it doesn’t work – using ‘margin’ then effects everything else on the page.
I’m going to have to revert the theme back to before the update – when it worked.

Hello
Thank you – that does work… but thats margin, not padding?

It only effects one sf element within the column. Before, The whole column and all its elements had the padding / extra class applied.

Thanks David
