I have deactivated all plugins except the ones you requested and changed the theme. The problem still persists. My store site is currently on version 2.3 and everything is fine but when I go to 2.4.1 and above it stops working.

I am still having the same problem and I have disabled and deleted the old framework and installed the new one and still have the problem.
