ShareThis is a plugin added to the theme, it’s not something we created. So this isn’t really possible, it would be like asking to customize the Javascript from the Twitter widget embeds on our own, to detect when Twitter is down 🙂

If you’re trying to remove the bottom margin, it’s mb0

Hi,
Most of the functionality on the entire Internet today requires that you have Javascript enabled. So does Flexform – we’re entering 2014, not 2000 🙂
So there’s nothing to fix – Javascript being active is mandatory for the theme to work, just as all popular websites do (try using Gmail or Facebook without Javascript enabled…)

Hi,
Not sure exactly what you changed in the theme files (you might have deleted a comma or semicolon too many), so my advice is, if you need to add some CSS customizations, don’t touch the theme files. Undo your changes and add the custom CSS in the General theme options.
If you needed to add classes on your elements, the Page Builder has the Extra Class field.

Hi,
The theme has nothing in it that would affect sharing your pages to Facebook. If it were, it wouldn’t be up for sale on ThemeForest (it would be rejected at review), and you would not be the first to report this.
Unfortunately, out of thousands of people using it, you’re the first to report this kind of issue. My suggestion is that you check your hosting account (it might have been hacked), or look for a better web host.
Actually, taking another look at your web hosts reply, I would suggest definitely start looking for a better host – they have no idea what they’re talking about when they’re making that remark regarding the theme and are instead passing the blame just to quickly get rid of your questions…

Hi,
Can we see the site please? The logo will most likely be resized via CSS depending on your screen’s resolution.
On non-retina screens, this means it might get fuzzy both if it’s too big and especially too small.

With custom CSS in the General theme options:
nav .menu ul li { font-size: 13px !important;}

I’ve checked your site and your title is centered at all responsive breakpoints, which means it stays centered on any actual screen size.

Hi,
As Melanie said, we were actually forced to remove that slider from the theme, due to new ThemeForest regulations. The only option available now is Revolution Slider.

Hi,
There are no additional options for the Sitemap Page Builder element, so the answer would be no. If you need something like that, there are lots of sitemap plugins on wordpress.org.

December 16, 2013 at 9:21 pm in reply to: Change the Relevance of Related Article to be based on "Tags" #37564Hi,
You could do it in single.php
Take a look starting at line 233. You first need to get tag ids instead of category ids, then use tag__in instead of category__in, lower down. This is the general idea as we can’t help with custom work – for reference, please use wordpress.org:
1. getting the tags
2. tag parametersRegards,

Hi Ivy,
Unfortunately there is no functionality in the theme that would allow for this, sorry.

What have you set it as? The Featured Image or the Post Thumbnail (option below the editor) ?

Hi,
The ShareThis functionality does not depend on the theme or on your server – it depends on ShareThis’ service. If the request takes too long because their service is busy, there’s nothing we can really do about it…

Hi guys,
I’ve been running WordPress 3.8 Multisite for our themes and Flexform, as others, seems to work properly – no issues so far. Of course, if we find any compatibility issues down the road, they will be fixed.
