Sorry for the slow reply David.
I assumed that the problem was cache related so I’ve swapped the cache plug-in for another and it seems much better now. FYI the plug-in that was causing all the problems was W3 Total Cache.

Hi David. Thanks for your swift response.
I’m running Neighborhood 3.4.30. All of my themes, plugins, etc. are all up to date. I’ve also not made any changes to the site for a while, except for updating plugins etc.
Any ideas?
Cheers Mohammad.
Seems to have solved the problem. Many thanks!
Steve
Sorry to hijack this thread but I’m having the same issue.
The shop view is only showing 2 columns of thumbnails rather than 3. The bug seems to have crept in with the recent theme update.
See link below.http://bocarter.co.uk/product-category/shop/seasons/ss16/

Hi David.
I’m assuming that that update v3.2.1 should have brought the Rev Slider up to 5.1.6 (as requested by the theme) (see attached screen grab)? If this is a permissions error how do I go about fixing it? If I FTP into the site which files do I need to chmod?

You must be logged in to view attached files.Hi Kyle.
I looks more like a required update requested by the theme (see attached screen grab).

You must be logged in to view attached files.Awesome! Just done that anything looks okay. Cheers Kyle.
Just one last thing… when I updated that theme it’s now asking to update the Rev Slider plug-in to 5.1.6 (current version 4.6.0). However when I try to perform this update it tells me that action is ‘forbidden’. Any ideas?
Cheers for getting back to me Kyle.
I think I’ve figured out the problem. I’ve just looked at my themes and I appear to have two different Neighbourhood themes. 3.2.0 – which is currently active and 3.2.3 – which isn’t. Not sure how that’s happened?
If I just active the newer theme will that solve my problem? If so is there anything I need to watch out for when doing so (ie. It’s not going to break the site is it?).
Speak soon!
Steve
Ps. If I have to correct this manually is this the correct method?

Boom!
Cheers Kyle.
Much appreciated.
Steve
So unpack the zip file and overwrite the entire Neighbourhood folder with the one you linked to?
Steve
Cheers for the swift response Kyle.
How do I go about replacing my existing files with this build? Is there a best was to do this?
Also, if I use this build will I be able to update the theme as usual moving forward?

Awesome work guys. Worked a treat.
Many thanks for all your help!
Steve
Cheers Mohammad.
That’s removed the product categories but not the SKU code field. What would be the custom CSS I’d need to use to remove that also?
Best wishes
Steve
Of course… should have thought of that myself. Apologies for that.
Cheers for the custom CSS. Worked a treat.
One last thing… is there a way to remove the SKU product details from the product pages?
Best wishes
