Problem sorted – needed to enable page builder in settings via Theme Settings > WooCommerce

Sorted it:) For anyone else having a similar sounding prob:
Theme Options > Woo Commerce Options settings override in-page settings.
Jump in there and make sure you’ve enabled sidebars etc…

I too was never able to resolve this issue either and ended up having to pay code canyon for the plugin.
The plugin appeared as a dead link in the initial “suggested downloads”on the dashboard”. There is no way to activate it in the Plugin section of the dashboard.
Upon performing a fresh search for the plugi via > Add New menu, it just takes you to code canyon and prompts you to purchase the plugin from there.

Please advise whether you have independently tested a fresh download and installation as there definitely appears to be an ongoing problem.
