My apologies for the late response. Yes to recreate the issue just try to insert the page builder Products asset into any single product content area. The result will be that the header disappears from the page and the product images slider also malfunctions (images are shown one at a time vertically).

The code you provided to change the size of the labels only changed them in the single product page. I was actually referring to the size of the labels in the shop/category page. Is there any way to make those bigger (only)?

Hi Ed,

Here are my concerns below that still need to be addressed.

1. Additional variation thumbnails take too long to load.
The initial load delay is as long as 5 – 10 seconds while there is also a 1-2 second delay each time the different variation label is selected. I do not have this same lag with the regular thumbnail images (when slider is enabled). With this long of a delay it wouldn’t be feasible to use this plugin as customers would grow too impatient.

2. The only way to scroll through the thumbnails is by using lightbox.
My guess is because this is due to the slider being disabled. However it would be a better experience if there was any way to make the thumbnails scroll (via the product image directly) without going into the lightbox viewing mode.

3. Variation labels in shop view only works with Standard listings. Is it possible to make it work with the Preview Slider view?

4. The label variations still show on hover so it is showing both on hover and below the image.

5. Is there any way to customize the size of the labels in shop/catalog view? As of right now the default size is extremely small.

6. Is it possible to remove the “select options” button above the color variation labels? You had mentioned using custom CSS to do this, can you provide that code snipet?

7. As of right now I am not able to change the variation selections in catalog/shop view, meaning for example to select a different variation from the shop view rather than from the single product listing. It would be great if you could select the color variation and have the image change in the shop image view as it does in the single product image view.

I upgraded to the new version of the theme (1.71) and found that the plugin Woocommerce Additional Variation Images does appear to function when the slider is disabled. However I have a few issues with the current functionality below:

On another note I am also able to see the variation labels in shop view below each listing as per your screenshot. However I still have a few issues with this functionality as it is now:

Hello Mohammad,

I was able to determine what the issue was. There appears to be a bug where if the shop is set to preview slider mode and no products in that shop section have variations created then the screen will be blank. If one product has variations then all products will display correctly.

One thing I noticed is this only happens with the “Preview Slider” mode on. When changed to “Standard” or other displays it will show the products.

I am having the same issues with these plugins not working on Atelier. Was this resolved?

The preview slider is finally now working. However I want to customize the background color. How do I do that? See attached image as reference. The grey area shown I want to change it to white.

To be clear I have already selected Theme Options-> Shop Options -> Product Display Type -> Preview Slider

With the Preview Slider activated the products are still not displaying properly within shop. I have added additional images for each product but only the featured image is displayed in the shop view. I cannot find any other settings for Preview Slider within the Edit Product section.

Can you advise where specifically in the product edit page that you can select “preview slider” as an option? I cannot locate it. A screenshot or step-by-step would be helpful.

For example: Meta Options -> Product Meta -> ?
