Thanks. The patch above seemed to do the trick.

Should we expect this patch to make it into a future Supreme release? Will Supreme have future releases?

If it were necessary we could setup a cloned virtual environment. However, since this issue only appears on PHP 7+ it seems it would be faster and easier for everyone to debug in your own virtual environment with PHP 7, a clean install of WordPress and the Supreme theme. Agreed?

We’re having Swift Page Builder issues that seem to be related to PHP 7. Is Supreme version 1.6.1 the latest? I’ve seen other themes talk about PHP 7 compatibility but it doesn’t seem that Supreme has received such updates. Also, it looks like the Swift Page Builder Framework and Page Builder are baked into the theme, rather than being separately upgradeable plugins, so we see no way to update to the version 1.75 or version 2 Swift Framework and Page builder.

How about updating to use the API v3 and if someone hasn’t setup the v3 version then display a dash (-) or some placeholder that doesn’t cause an error?

The homepage had the “Subscribers” count in a sidebar. The overall page template rendered, but the homepage slider, all the body content, and the sidebars were all empty.

    Errors were like

Not asking for an update, but rather submitting a patch in hopes the bug will be fixed.

I’d like the bug to be submitted to the people who maintain the PageBuilder plugin, but their support forum requires an account to submit a support request.

Presumably, since the Supreme theme bundles PageBuilder, Swift must have an account with them and be able to submit a patch.

Or, if there’s a way I can submit the patch to PageBuilder directly then please let me know that.

    Thanks
