Please check the post ‘Oli and Bethan // Bristol Wedding photography’ to see an example of what I mean.
Yes, that isn’t a new one.
I have had to delete any new posts where this is happening as it’s a live site and doesn’t look professional to have them showing.
I have provided login details.
Try adding a post and creating a 1140px thumbnail which is what I always do, and used to work. Check the results and see what happens.
Need to get to the bottom of this ASAP as I have lots of content that needs adding.
Yes, these are new uploads after the move and they’re not working.
Sorry, posted in the middle of editing.
Edited post:
All was working fine.
But I’ve just tried a few times now to add a new post, but I upload the thumbnail and also the detail image, but then when I actually view the blog post neither are showing yet all of my old ones still are. Also, if I don’t add a thumbnail image the stock image icon shows but adding an image makes nothing show.
I’ve tried it on a few different posts and use my usual process which has worked so far, but no joy.
I’ve recently moved the install from a sub directory to the root. Don’t know if this would affect things?
Please help!
Thanks dude. All sorted.
Ok. I’ve just re-uploaded the original functions.php file
Hi Kyle,
Just checked and now no thumbnails are showing.

Hey Kyle,
Child theme installed. Deleted everything in the functions.php file and added the code you mentioned, but getting a syntax error.
“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/boycalle/public_html/cardinal/wp-content/themes/cardinal-child/functions.php on line 77”
Can you help please?
Hero. Thanks dude.
Thanks Kyle.
What would I need to actually make the content of the post page wider too?
The weird upscaling issue is still happeing though!
Thanks. Realised my error but cheers for letting me know.
