Same problem for me too on the shop page,even the footer is overlapping. And I have also an untouched copy of wordpress and an untouched copy of Atelier.
Plus, when I create products and products categories for my future e-commerce website the http link has not the same path.PLease see my example.
the product categories send to this address:
http://meyou-paris.com/product/cube-gris-clair/
But the automatical created address for my products in my dashboard are for exemple:
http://meyou-paris.com/produit/cube-gris-clair/
And I can not correct it…I enclosed a screenshot to show you.
Could you tell me how to manage this?
