July 7, 2015 at 3:00 pm in reply to: get_post_meta() doesn't work when this theme is active..?? #192444Thank you so much for your time. I think we got it figured out here. I was able to make some adjustments and now offers are submitting as expected with the Atelier theme. 🙂

I appreciate your responsiveness on this. Thank you.
The issue that we’re experiencing is that when we submit the offer we’re getting the following error back in the JSON response, which then makes it a bad response.
<b>Fatal error</b>: Call to a member function get_formatted_name() on a non-object in <b>/home/angelley
/sandbox_woocommerce/wp-content/plugins/offers-for-woocommerce/public/class-offers-for-woocommerce.php
</b> on line <b>955</b><br />When we trace that back what it comes down to is that the values we’re loading with get_post_meta() are empty, but it only happens with this theme. I guess you’re getting something different?
As for the error you’ve now mentioned here, can you tell me exactly where you’re seeing that? That’s another one I haven’t seen myself. Is submitting the offer what generates the error you mentioned? That would different than what we’re seeing on multiple setups, which is what I explained above.
Thanks again for your help with this. Really want to get this working so our stuff can work nicely along-side yours. 🙂

Can you please go into the Settings -> Offers for WooCommerce -> Display and just click save. Maybe we forgot to set defaults in the database and they aren’t holding until you save, by chance..??
Sorry, I know that has nothing to do with your theme/framework, but I’m thinking maybe that’s the only problem, and then you can reproduce what we’re seeing with the theme.

I’ve found and adjusted that width. I’m happy with it, I’m currently still working with a couple sample items to make sure everything is working.
The site is currently out of maintenance mode and active. Please use this link
http://www.realworldhorsepower.com/product/fass-fuel-systems-diesel-lift-pump-2011-2014-gm-duramax-lml-6-6l-titanium-series-150gph-t-c11-150g/Mouse over the image. A smaller image appears. I dont understand why it does this ? I know how to turn it off so it doesnt, but I’d like to make the image smaller with the width adjustment and have it get bigger when it mouse-over zooms.
Kyle, go back to the admin section. Set them to 700×904 light the documentation says and hit submit. They go right back to 120×155. The product images are WAY to big in the category page, and way to big in the product page. If you put the mouse over the image, the correct size image comes up.
Look at the size of the product images in the subcategory page
Those should be 1/4 the size… If I scale down or upload them smaller they stay the same size and just lose resolution.
I’ve set that MULTIPLE times to the image sizes in the documentation that comes with the theme. The problem isnt the small images, the problem is the images are huge. And when I mouse over, I get the correct smaller image as my zoomed image.
This reply has been marked as private.I found some custom CSS in the knowledgebase to adjust the product image size, but the image for the product in the category is still like 5x too big
And I’m aware that the image size is small. I’ve been reducing and adjusting image size in an attempt to correct the sizing issues. All images started at 900×900. I’ve scaled, cropped, resized, went through the woocommerce image settings, atelier theme settings, adjusted everything that pertained to it in the atelier documentation.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve gone through all of the settings and documentation. My feature pic in category is way too big, and the product page picture is huge. When I mouse over, the correct smaller picture pops up. I’ve temporarily taken the site out of maintenance mode, here is a link to a test product.
